NAP Project National Adaptation Planning in Antigua and Barbuda (NAP) Project Goal The goal to contribute to the global goal on adaptation in the Paris Agreement – to enhance adaptive capacity, strengthen resilience and reduce vulnerability to climate change (Article 7.1.).
